Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actress, director, producer, playwright and educator in St. Thomas University. Her father hails from Britain, while her mother is a "Turkish English-Cypriot expat." Anna's early memories involve attending rehearsals for plays and observing her mother at her job. When she was a girl, she appeared in a variety of commercials. Anna was transferred to Toronto in the fall of 1999 to further her acting career. After that, she settled in Los Angeles (California) over the next decade. Seth Cooperman was introduced to Anna in Los Angeles at an acting workshop in 2007. They got engaged in the year 2009.
